Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Simply email us the product code and your information to tacticalonlineshop@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 2 working days. All personal details will be kept private and confidential.
  2. We only accept payment to our Malaysian Maybank account only.
  3. Delivery will only be made after full payment is received.
  4. Tactical Online Shop is not responsible for shipping charges for any missing or wrong information. For any case of risk of loss, you must file such claims with the courier service designated.
  5. If you've given us an invalid address or contact number and causing the parcel to be returned to us, Tactical Online Shop will not be responsible on the shipping charges for resending the parcel. Buyers will have to pay us the additional shipping charges to resend the parcel.
  6. Tactical Online Shop will not be responsible for any government taxes imposed in the buyer’s country should there be any imposition on behalf of the respective governments.
  7. Some states may collect customs duties and levies during the custom clearance process of the products. Tactical Online Shop will not be responsible for any custom duties and levies imposed by the local customs. These additional charges had to be borne by the buyer / recipient.
  8. Please take note on the product detail description and product picture especially the color and measurement of the product before order. Products color on the photo may slightly vary from the actual product colors due to different computer display settings.
  9. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable. If you receive something which is not ordered by you, please inform us and send back the wrong item to us within thirty (30) days from the date of the parcel delivered to you. Once we received the wrong item, we will resend the correct item to you, provided the following requirements must be met:
  • the item is in its original re-sellable condition;
  • the item has not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
  • original packaging and labeling has not been altered or damaged; and
  • if the product came with a free gift or as part of a set of products, they must all be returned together in original condition.
